She was predeceased by: her mothers, Elva Smith and Ruth Smith (Crabtree); her husband Billie K. Lewis Sr.; her daughter Ruth Lewis Craft; her stepmother Goldie L. Smith (Frances); her stepsiblings, Eugene Arnicar, Adrian Arnicar, James Arnicar, William Arnicar and Virginia Arnicar (Goldies); and her children, Dorice May, James May, Vera May and Freeda May.
She is survived by: her sons, Loyd Bailie Jr. (Carol) of Owensville, MO, Billie K. Lewis Jr. of Rolla, MO and Leslie W. Lewis (Anita) of Rolla, MO; her grandchildren, Lori Lewis (Kyle) of Rolla, MO, Christi L. Hagler (Brook) of Webb City, MO, Tony Craft of St. James, MO, Amanda Thomas (Jeff) of Arnold, MO, Dalton Bailie and Shannon Lewis of Villa Ridge, MO; and her great grandchild Keegan Maddox of Webb City, MO. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren, 9 step great-grandchildren.
