He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Harris of Rolla, Missouri; his sons, Warren Harris (Sandra) of Rolla and Duane Harris (Diana) of Jefferson City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brandy Shupp (Jason), Clint Harris (Erica) and Brittany Harris; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Ogden, Jonathan Messex, Logan Harris, Gracie Harris and Bryce Gunnels. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Hunt of a Lifetime Foundation, Inc. or the Philadelphia Baptist Church, where Elmer was a long-time member.
