He is survived by: his wives, Joyce Albert and Joyce Hornsey of Rolla; his sons, Philip Hornsey (Elizabeth) of Austin, TX and Neil Hornsey (Katie) of Dawsonville, GA; his siblings, James Hornsey (Ramona) of Ft, Margaret Williams (Charles) of Chesterfield, MO, Jeanette Allen (Larry) of Leawood, KS and Carmen Grcich (Larry) of Mesquite, NV; his brother-in-law Delbert Henry of Eureka, MO; and his grandchildren, Leah, Jana and Vera Hornsey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
