It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Spurgin (Rolla, Missouri), born in De Soto, Missouri, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Spurgin and Myrtle Spurgin (Drennen); his son William Dayton; and his siblings, Bill, Carl, Marvin, Rita Kay, Gerri, Helen and Jacqueline.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Spurgin of Edgar Springs; his daughters, Kristine Gerbing (Andreas Gerbing) of Edgar Springs and Shayla Jett of Edgar Springs; and his siblings, Clyde Spurgin of Greensboro and Faye Lewis of Bonne Terre. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
