He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Bullock; his sons, Terry and Jason; his daughter-in-law Ginger; his grandchildren, Megan (Jordan) and Daniel; his great grandchild Mackinley; his siblings, Delores Swarthout, Ruth Allen and Delbert Miller (Beverly); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Miller, Rosie Miller and Clay Reeder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
