We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2021, at the age of 84, Donna Jean (Hontz) Coplin of Rolla, Missouri, born in Houstonia, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Hontz and Nina Hontz (Pummill); her son Mitchell Bryan Wells; and her brother-in-law Kenny Shanahan. She is survived by: her husband Harry Coplin of Rolla, MO; her sisters, Barb Douglas of Harrisonville, MO, Peggy Shanahan of Nixa, MO and Nila Ramsey (Eric) of Ozark, MO; her children, Shelly Gorman (Johnny) of Harrisonville, MO, Leslie Coverdell (Darrin Sutton) of Rolla, MO and Kaylan (Danny); her daughter-in-law Teryna Wells of Harrisonville; her stepchildren, Robert Coplin of Sacramento, CA and Patty Coleman of Sacramento, CA; her grandchildren, Shawn Coverdell, Daniel Coverdell, Kristen Thompson, Jennifer Nolan, Chad Jennings, Kelsey Casto, Dillon Gorman, Tasarah Wells, Sydney Stevens, Spencer and Zoey Dixon; her stepgrandchildren, Amber, Jennifer Thurman, John, Steven and Christopher Coleman; her great grandchildren, Jesse, Austin, Sara, Taylor, Trevor, Jace, Dayton, Maddox, Dawson, Thomas, Jaxten, Duke, Sophie, Memphis and Kennedy; and her great great grandchild Barrett. She is also survived by her sisters, children, grand-children and great-grandchildren.
