He is survived by: his mother Doris Lee Botkin (Woolf) of Salem; his wife Jennifer; his daughters, Ashlee Botkin of Salem, Aubree Rable (Tim) of Salem, Britta Botkin of Salem, Maci Finnigan of Dixon, Corissa Botkin of Salem and Pazelee Botkin of Rolla; his grandchildren, Kaden Terrill, Keegan Terrill, Tayah Terrill, Sylas Terrill, Deliah Weber and Joel Terrill; his brother Vance Botkin (Laura Mendenhall) of Salem; and his parents-in-law, Jeannie "Maud" King and Kerey Laney of St. James.
