He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Breuer and Lena Breuer (Beeman); his parents-in-law, Art and Wanda Swallow; and his sister-in-law Dianna Swallow.
He is survived by: his children, Isaac (Cathy) of Columbia, MO and Carrie (Mike Sachtleben) of Webster Groves; his wife Debi Swallow Breuer; his grandchildren, Landon, Tyler, Leo Breuer of Columbia, Henry and Maggie Sachtleben of Webster Groves; his sister Minnie Breuer; his brother-in-law Keith Swallow (Julie) of Rolla, MO; his niece Shannon (Scott); and also Kennedy Adams of O'Fallon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Veterans Memorial Park in Rolla, MO.
