He is survived by: his children, Susan of Springdale, AR, Allison of Woodstock, GA and Matt (Jen) of Crystal Lake, IL; his grandchildren, John, Daniel, Mary, Andrew, Abigail, James, Samantha, Kayleigh, Jacob and Lily; and his great grandchild Lucy.
