He was predeceased by: his father Charles Dee; his sister Donna; and his brother-in-law Bobby Lomax. He is survived by: his wife Betty Forbes (Davis) of Rolla, Missouri; and his children, Karen Christian (Daniel) of Brazil, Dennis Forbes of Rolla, Shirley "Darlene" Eads (Gary) of Rolla and Timothy Hill (Lori) of Leavenworth, Kansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, a niece and nephew, a host of extended family and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
