With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Palmer (Rolla, Missouri), born in Tallulah, Louisiana, who passed away on April 29, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her children, Arron, Willie Wiley and Yolanda Palmer; and her grandson Antonio. She is survived by: her daughter Martha Reed of Indianapolis, IN; her stepchildren, Carl Nichols (Audrey) of Little Rock, AR, Clarence Palmer of Kansas City, MO, Helaine, Freeman of Little Rock, AR, Pauline Berry (Joe) of Kansas City, MO, Sibylle Palmer of Kent, WA and Sudi Hayford (Howard) of Kent, OH; and her siblings, Willie Wiley of Indianapolis, IN and Emma Wiley of Tallulah, LA. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
