Kelly II of Rolla, Missouri, born in Boulder, Colorado, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Robert of Amarillo, Texas and Helen Faye Kelly (Lynn); his wife Debora Ann Welk (Welk); his children, Pamela Mooney (Robert) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Michael Kelly (Kimberly) of La Vista, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Kiera Mooney, Elijah Mooney and Melissa Kelly; and his siblings, Kathy Bowser (Travis) of Amarillo, Karen Solis (Larry) of Amarillo, Texas, David Kelly (Jan) of Las Vegas and Tom Kelly of Duncan, Oklahoma.
