Charles L. Dean Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2025, at the age of 83, Charles L. Dean of Rolla, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Dean and Helen M. Dean; his wife Linda J. Dean; his son Brian C. Dean; his brother Robert J. "Bob" Dean; and his sister-in-law Eileen K. Dean.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Scherer (Keith) of St. Louis, MO.; his daughter-in-law Sharon Dean of Rolla, MO.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Scherer, Andrew Scherer, Brady Dean (Ashley), Garrett Dean (Alexis) and Mattie Clinton (Collin); his great grandchildren, Cooper Dean, Allee Dean and Montgomery Clinton; his siblings, William Dean (Carole) of Cuba, MO and Mary Jensen (Erik) of Springfield, MO; and his sister-in-law Alice Dean of Rolla, MO. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (1701 MO-72, Rolla, MO 65401). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church or Rolla Lions Foundation.
