He is survived by: his parents, Charles Edward Sr. (Bill) and Grace Lorene Gan Parker; his wife Sandy Bowman; his children, Amanda Rachelle of St. Louis, MO, Ryan Andrew (Melanie) and Emily Deanne of Springfield, MO; his grandsons, Wesley Edward, Evan Andrew and Dale Ryan Parker of Marshfield, MO; his parents-in-law, Dean and Hazel Bowman of Lebanon, MO; his sister Susan Wheeler (Rick) of Derby, KS; and his siblings-in-law, Stanley Bowman (Carol) of Lebanon, MO, Geretta Wolken (Terry) of Phillipsburg, MO, Jacquie Tennison (David) of Lebanon, MO and Alison Reed (Kevin) of Houston, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
