He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sidney and Rosenell Johnson (Thresher); his daughter Laura Ellison; his stepson Ted Ousley; and his siblings, David Johnson, Ronnie Johnson, Melba Brown and Nelda Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Johnson (King) of Rolla, MO; his children, Chuck Johnson (Linda) of Lenexa, KS and Mary Jane Branam of Lilbourn, MO; his stepchildren, Dennis Ousley (Anna) and Teresa Woody of Raytown, MO; and his siblings, Bill Johnson (Teresa) of Eufaula, OK, Rick Johnson (Bobbie) of Lake Village, AR, Donnie Johnson of Poplar Bluff, MO, Arles Johnson of Risco, MO, Pat Johnson of Parma, MO, Wilma Pacy of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Alma Hoover of Fulton, MO and Linda Johnson of Dexter, MO. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, brothers and sisters in laws, cousins and many other family and friends.
