She is survived by: her husband Clyde Hayes of Rolla, MO; her children, Mark Hayes (Lani) of Bolivar, MO and Shelley Turner (Aaron) of California, MO; her sister Kathy Crider of Rolla, MO; and her granddaughters, Shelby Hayes of Kirkland, WA and Kaitlyn Turner of California, MO. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
