He was predeceased by: his brother Larry Neil; and his stepsister Roberta Woolery. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Shelton, Deanna Leonard, Janice Mayfield, Debby Enos and Brett Neil; his stepsisters, Rose Mangels and Doris Russell; his wife Peggy Neil (Rexroad); his children, Amy Bush (Neil) and Brock Neil; and his grandchildren, Abby Bush, Ethan Neil, Grant Bush, Brandon Neil, Caleb Neil and Megan Neil.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Salem Avenue Baptist Church (1501 MO-72, Rolla, MO 65401). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
