He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Shelton, Deanna Leonard, Janice Mayfield, Debby Enos and Brett Neil; his stepsisters, Rose Mangels and Doris Russell; his wife Peggy Neil (Rexroad); his children, Amy Bush (Neil) and Brock Neil; and his grandchildren, Abby Bush, Ethan Neil, Grant Bush, Brandon Neil, Caleb Neil and Megan Neil.
