It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Gene McDowell of Rolla, Missouri, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Dean (Heck) and Billy Gene McDowell. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia Shaw (Mike) of Wilmington, OH, Gary McDowell (Karen) of Rolla, MO and Tammy Olsen (Mike) of Newburg, MO; his half-sister Billie Renfro of Olathe, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Gray (Richard), Matthew Janson (Ashlee), Gregory Janson, Gary McDowell, Billy McDowell, Kevin Olsen and Kyle Olsen (Kaitlynd). He is also survived by twenty three great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the South Central Shrine Club in Rolla.
