He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fox (Naylor); his children, Kristin Rhoades (David), Derek Fox, Shawn Fox and Brendon Fox (Katie); his grandchildren, Brittiny, Kortney, David, Daniel, Ryan, Ethan, Collin, Audrey, Jack and Georgia; his great grandchildren, Luke and Thea; his nephew John; and his niece Erin.
