She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Sidwell (Noakes) and Charles Sidwell; her stepfather John Crain; her former husband Gilbert Smith; her husband William Gray; her sons, Dennis Smith and Larry Smith; and her siblings, Charles Sidwell, Ira Sidwell, Lewis Sidwell, Francis Walker, Martha Werner and Dolly Rinck.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Smith of Waynesville, MO and Julie Ousley (Thomas) of Rolla, MO; and her siblings, Alvin Sidwell of Rolla, MO, Marvin Sidwell of Salem, MO and Louise Giddens (Ron) of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
