He is survived by: his children, Delbert McCarter (Ronda), Ozark, Dennis McCarter (Lori), Diane Davis (Gayle) and Rogersville; and his grandchildren, Matt, Ashley McCarter, Amanda, Justin Hanger, Emily McCarter, Eric, Hayden McCarter of Olivia McCarter, Scott, Elizabeth Barred, Lance and Cara Barred. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
