He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Fielden and Maxie Fielden (Wilkerson). He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, J. A. Fielden (Pam), Leslie Fielden (Barbra), Tammy Utke (Ronny), Allison Fielden and Missy Smith (Stephen); his grandsons, Jason Fielden (Alisha) and Josh Fielden (Emmalea); his great grandchildren, Laramie, Lylah, Lydia and Letty; his grandchildren, Travis Fielden (Cheyenne) and Chelsea McCall (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Ryder, Reed and Reese; his grandchildren, Cordell Utke (Josie), Laythen Utke (Emily), Grace Fielden (Tarek) and Gregory Dalton; his great grandchild Thorin; his grandchildren, Sammi Prine (Chris) and Curtus Smith (Chloe); his brother Larry Fielden (Beverly); and his sisters-in-law, Terena Reed, Tonya Ferrier and Beverly Berry (Alan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
