He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mae Phinney (McIntosh) of Springfield, Missouri.; his sons, Randy James Phinney (Tennie) and John Argus Phinney (Pam); his brother William Heath (Helen); his grandchildren, James A. Phinney (Carol), Mandy Williams (Tim), Jessica Burks (Josh), Erik Richards (Tina), Melody Trotter (TC) and Amy Fleming (Joel); and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Riley, Hunter, Mahalia, Gracie, Ashtyn, Emma, Calista, Weston, Madison, Jarrison, Kendra and Abigail.
