He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Howser and Lola Howser (Geiger); his siblings, Stanley Howser, Erma Johnson and June Wry; his siblings-in-law, Harley Johnson, Howard Wry, Dwain Hess, Danny Abbott and Agnes Howser; and his brother Basil, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Howser (Jamie Weber) of Kirkwood, MO; his siblings, Loucian Howser (Lois), Virginia Hess, Jane Wallis (Curt), Sue Abbott and Phyllis Cornett (Bob); his sisters-in-law, Karen Porter (Wayne) and Ginny Williams (Rick); and his niece Lyndsey Wood (Derek). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (5 S Oak St, Eldon, MO 65026). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
