He is survived by: his parents, Thomas E. and Marple H. Griggs (Matchell); his son Dennis Griggs (Tracy Wilde) of Festus; his grandchildren, Zachary Griggs, Courtney Griggs, Joshua Griggs and Keagun Wilkinson-Griggs; and his siblings, Beulah Hollingsworth of Potosi, Goldie Bibb of Potosi, Dorothy Wilkerson of Potosi, Gerri Lawson of Potosi, Dianne Masson (Lonnie) of Potosi, Donna Griggs of Potosi, Shirley Griggs of Eureka, Carolyn Pashia of Pevely and Thomas Griggs of Hillsboro.
