He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ruth Eickhoff (Nusbaum); his children, Mark Eickhoff (Pamela) of Middleton, ID, Wayne Eickhoff of Eldon, MO and Kristi Cotten (Allen) of Eldon, MO; his grandchildren, Andy, Katie, Jason and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Ganon and Benjamin; his son-in-law Michael Baldwin of Olean, MO; and his siblings, Helen Keilholz of St. Louis, MO, Joseph Stimple of Jefferson City, MO and Along.
