He was predeceased by: his father James R Abbott (Dickey). He is survived by: his mother Jerri Eiken Belcher of Independence, Missouri; his daughter Jessica Knight of Tomball, Texas; his granddaughter Maddison; and his brother Gregory (Christa) of Raytown, Missouri. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
