She is survived by: her parents, Lawrence Phillips and Brenda Phillips (Klindworth) of Rocky Comfort; her husband Shannon Horton; her daughter Makenzie Horton; her siblings, Brandon Blevins (Kaisha) of Jane and Shawna Coberley (Chris) of Neosho; her siblings-in-law, Jerald and Sharon Carlin of Rocky Comfort; her grandmother-in-law Charles Horton of Rocky Comfort; and her siblings-in-law, Joshua Carlin (Christy) of Monett and Renee Vogt (Dylan) of Cassville.
