He was predeceased by: his father Oren Hines; and his siblings, Raymond S. Hines, Sharlet Berry and Virginia Spurgin. He is survived by: his spouse Traudy Shellenberger; his sons, Bennie Hines II of Rocky Comfort and Raymond Hines (Mincy) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; his siblings, Helen Stephens of Rocky Comfort, Jane Mahurin of Russellville, Arkansas and Leroy Hines (Jeannie) of Anderson, Missouri; and his friend Bennie. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be given in loving memory of Bennie, to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home.
