He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rapp and Frida Rapp (Bracher); his brothers, Eldo and James; his brothers-in-law, Jim McIntire, Roy Fleischer and Everett Fleischer; and his grandson Zachary.

He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Dunn (James) of Baudette, MN, Clayton Rapp (Tina) and Karen Scrivener (Curtis) of Rockville, MO.; his grandchildren, Sarah Leiber (Wes) of Appleton City, MO, Chris Rapp (Reba), John, Michael, Rachel Scrivener of Rockville, MO and Nick Dunn (Tracy) of Baudette, MN.; his great grandchildren, Elliott, Erin Leiber, Zakary, Ralin Rapp, Spencer and Edison Dunn; his siblings, Floyd Rapp and Yvonne McIntire; and his sisters-in-law, Vanita Rapp, Frieda Rapp and Wanda Fleischer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
