He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe P. Vincent and Lorrine Vincent (Huckelberry); his sisters, Kay German, Carol Kohart, Dusty Vincent and Judy Vincent; and his stepdaughter Della Rae Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Delilah Barchet; his child Dale Vincent (Shirley); his stepchildren, Carl Barchet III (Cindy), Mary Jones (David) and Bryant Barchet (Judy); and his siblings, Rex Vincent, Ronald (Jodie), Wendell Banta (Ron) and Cindy Pattan (George). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He donated his time to take handicapped children on fishing trips.
