With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmie Ray Hughes (Rock Port, Missouri), who passed away on September 10, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Hughes and Maxine R. Hughes (Linville); his sisters-in-law, Janice Groff and Frances Groff; and his grandson Eric Kerr.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Maness; his daughters, Jana Beth Cooper of Newport News, Virginia, Rae Lynne Hill (Cory) of Rock Port and Mindy Kaye Hughes (Peter Wilson) of Nebraska City, Nebraska; his siblings, Gary Hughes (Joyce) of Rock Port, Rick Hughes of Rock Port, Steve Hughes (Hope) of Fritch, Texas, Janet Thomas (Joe Stevens) of Tarkio, Bonnie Hughes of Rock Port and Midge Hunter (Steve) of Rock Port; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie, Judy Bradley of Rock Port and Larry Groff; and his grandchildren, LaChanta Negron (Orlando), Summer Greenwalt and Wren Hughes-Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
