He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Chester Forney and Alice Clara Blank; and his sister Mary Alice. He is survived by: his wife Jane Vanderham; his siblings, Peggy Becker of Illinois and Gerald Forney of Illinois; and his children, Mathew Forney, Melissa Austin and Sarah Marino. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
