He is survived by: his wife Barbara Urbach; his children, Karen Pressley of Vine Grove, KY and Joshua Boyer (Amanda) of Leitchfield, KY; his sisters, Victoria, Theresa and Catherine; his grandchildren, Zane Boyer, Zoey Whitaker, Zahaley Whitaker, Zander Boyer and Serenity Miller; and his great grandchildren, Hazel Boyer and Cassie Roushia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
