He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Ervin Nichols and Barbara Jean Proctor Nichols; his wife Christine Davis; his son Steven Davis; his sister Susie Baker; and his brother-in-law Steve Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Bejay Nichols of Harrisburg, MO, Stacey Nichols Lafore (Chad) of Boonville, MO, Kasey Nichols (Rachel) of Harrisburg and Jordan "Baby Girl" Nichols; and his siblings, Steve Nichols (Angie) of Harrisburg, Tim Nichols of Columbia and Ellie Chaney (Milton) of Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
