She is survived by: her husband Roger Slate; her son Mark Slate of Rocheport; her grandchildren, Julie, Renee, Levi, Laythan, Kaylee, Adrianna (Charles), Daniel Ryan and David; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Emberlynn; her daughter Tammy Kemp (John) of Columbia; her grandchildren, John, Jerry, Tim (Megan), Avery, Matthew, Jacob, Ariel, Isaac, Katelynn, Harper, Evelyn and Theodore; her daughter Patricia Nguyen of Columbia; her grandchildren, Mikel (Cheryl), Christean, Alyysha (Andrew), Jeanie Marie, Amber, Heather, AJ and Kiara; and her brothers, Wayne Heath of Independence, Bobby Heath of Columbia and Jimmy (Charla) of Williamsburg.
