He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Claire Harriet Clayton (Gerfen) and Thomas Ray Clayton. He is survived by: his wife Angela Clayton (Cacioppo) of Robertsville, Missouri; his son Dylan Clayton of Webster; and his son-in-law Cory Clayton.
Birds were an important part of Lance and Verna's lives, so in lieu of cards or flowers the family asks to donate to the World Bird Sanctuary.
