He is survived by: his children, Garrick Scales of St. Louis, MO and Keona Caldwell of St. Louis, MO; his grandson Brandon Dillard, Jr. of St. Louis; his siblings, Carl E. Bowers, Jr. (Patricia) and Pamela Campbell of Robertsville; and his aunt Myrna Wallace of Robertsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
