He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wetherill and Virginia Wetherill (Campbell); and his children, Vickie Murrill and Wesley Reedy. He is survived by: his wife Doris Riley; his daughters, Zoë "Missy" Evans (Don Dettmann), Laurie Marler (Leo) of Lebanon and Stacie Nelson (Aaron Robinson); his grandchildren, Melanie Rennison (Gary), Joshua Moulder (Melissa), Jason Smothers (Kayla), Kristin Finch (Alex), Amy Nelson, Jessica Hendricks (Carey), Levi Nelson (Kristina), Alyssa Sawyer (Larry), Austin Nelson, Andrew, Michael and Samuel Reedy; and his siblings, Fran Bowman of Kansas City, Shirley Smith of Belton, Missouri, Bert Wetherill (Rose) of Melissa and Clifford Wetherill of Arvada, Colorado. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ozark Bethel Chapel Assembly of God (10368 State Rd J, Roach, MO 65787). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at the Macks Creek Cemetery Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Ozark Bethel Chapel Assembly of God Missions Fund and may be left at the church on the day of the services.
