She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus A. Pennington and Bertha Flesher Pennington; her former husband William B. Harris, Sr.; her husband Albert E. Smith; her son-in-law Steven Olijar; and her siblings, Lexal Pennington, Eilene Nixon and Pauline Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Harris Olijar, William B. (Jennifer Harris, Jr.) and Robert D. (Linn Harris); and her stepchildren, Rodney (Betty Smith) and Jenell. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
