She was predeceased by: her parents, Malvin Clarence and Elma Marie Wax (Snyder); her daughter Lynda Gale Bender; her granddaughters, Leah Richardson and Tracey Crossley; her daughter-in-law Nancy Bender; her siblings, Joan Heidemrich, Marie Anderson and Malvin Burton Wax; and her brother-in-law Dean Bender.
She is survived by: her close friend Lawrence Marsh; her children, Fran Bender (Gary), Kathy Richardson (Ron), Roy M. Bender and Earl Dean Bender (Diann); her sisters, Jeanette Walker of Fresno, CA, Ione Lesh (Don) and Ann Tharp; her siblings-in-law, Don Bender, Frances Woody and Peggy Price; and her grandchildren, Kevin Milligan, Eric Milligan, Justin Richardson, Bryan Bender, Tommy Bender, Steven Bender, Gary Bender, Gina Mossburg, Jenny Chapman, Jared Cunningham and Justin Cunningham. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
