She is survived by: her children, Lois Sherman, Larry Polley (Donna) of Cainsville, MO, Terry Polley (Patsy) of Bethany, MO, Nancy Salmon (Rick) of Bethany, MO and Judy Booth of Bethany, MO; her grandchildren, Angela Linthacum (Larry), Michelle George (Clint), Ann Kohler (Kelly), Amber Hoyle, Mike, Scott Polley (Mona), Joseph Polley, Julie, Jeremy VanMeter (Karen), Jackie McCrary, Clifford McCrary, Stephanie Butler (John), Johnny Booth (Heather), Caleb Salmon and Marissa Mallot (Christian); and her great grandchildren, Cody Kohler, Naomie, Brendan, Victoria Polley, Jacob, Ally Hoyle, Madison, Ashlyn George, Micah, Sarah, Hannah, William Linthacum, Candice, Gerrett, Joshua McCrary, Jessy, Jayden, Johnathon Butler, Jaren, Kasten, Jansen VanMeter, Braxton, Shaylee Fortner, Brynlee and Journee Booth.
