She is survived by: her husband Keith Hayes; her children, John Hayes of Sullivan, Adam Hayes of Richwoods, Jake Hayes of Richwoods, Missouri, Amanda Hayes of Richwoods, Erin Hayes of Richwoods, Olivia Clubb (James) of Williamsville and Victoria Hayes of Richwoods, Missouri; and her brother Morgan DeClue of Cadet, Missouri. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
