It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamella Joy Neff of Richwoods, Missouri, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Pamella Joy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Tibbitts and Florence Tibbitts. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Gould of Richwoods, MO; and her sister Betty Tibbitts (Brian Gould). She is also survived by Ten Grand Children, Seven Great-Grand Children and many other relatives and friends.
