He is survived by: his children, Michael Godat (Claudia) of Blackwell, MO, Ken Godat of Tucson, AZ and Susan Ferguson of Independence, MO; his sister Virgalee Shoptaugh of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Larissa, Derek, Morgan, Justin and Shannon; and his great grandchildren, Paloma, Ian and Leah.
