He is survived by: his former wife Shelia Marie Hayes (DeClue); his children, Erin Bolden of Richwoods, Amanda Hayes of Richwoods, Victoria Hayes of Richwoods, Olivia Clubb (James) of Williamsville, Adam Hayes of Richwoods, Jake Hayes of Richwoods and John Hayes of Sullivan; and his siblings, Esther Hayes of Sullivan, Jeff Hayes (Gail) of Richwoods, David Hayes (Marsha) of Richwoods, Richard Hayes of Florida and Ralph Hayes (Joyce) of Jackson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
