With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James William Lechner Sr. of Richwoods, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 6, 2021 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Lechner and Genevieve G. Lechner (Crowe); his children, Danny McIntyre and Nichole Hensley; his sister Sandy Lechner; and his nephew Jeremy Dennis.
He is survived by: his children, James Lechner, Jr. (Dana) of Columbia, Brian Lechner (Sarah) of Waterloo, Joey Lechner (Angela) of Sarasota, Florida, Samantha Jones (Eric Goforth) of Hillsboro and Jessica Holland (Shawn) of Richwoods, Missouri; and his sisters, Cathy Dennis (Barry) of DeSoto and Deborah Black (Cody Blair) of Bonne Terre. He is also survived by several grand-children, great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and many dear friends.
