He was predeceased by: his parents, John Everett and Pauline Francis (Story); his daughter Deanna LaRue Moyer; and his sisters, Juanita LaVonne Putt and Kennetta Lynn Adams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Lorene Houston of Richmond and Denise Lynn Francis of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Alexandra Nicole Francis, Phillip Aaron Francis, Christopher David Francis, Dereck Kayne Moyer and Morgan Emma LaRue Houston; his great grandchildren, Zaide Dakota Francis, Atreus Kayne Moyer and Aiden Elby Francis; and his siblings, James Everett Francis (Jeanette) of Camden Point, Paul Eugene Rippy and Barbara Ann Fackler of Kansas City.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Richmond Assembly of God Church.
