Virgil Ernest Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virgil Ernest of Richmond, Missouri, who passed away on May 21, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wicker and Anna Wicker (Foley); and his sisters, Jean Priest and Janice Nightingale. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lucille Liles of Richmond; his children, Steve Wicker (Brenda) of Wood Heights, Jack Wicker (April) of Excelsior Springs and Kathie Bush (Garry) of Richmond; and his grandchildren, Tristan Wicker (Maggie), Jason Wetzel (Kerri), Nathan Wicker, Rachael Wicker, Eric Barker (Diane) and Krystal Wicker. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Unit at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond.
