She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Jean Weathington; and her siblings, Leroy and Evelynn. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Adams of Newcastle, PA; her children, James Thomas Adams, Cassandra Bea Adams-Burke (Patrick) of Lee, Summit and Clarissa Evelynn Adams of Lakewood, CO; and her siblings, Russell Thomas (Janet) of Lake Lafayette and Cynthia Adams (Jack) of Excelsior Springs.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Terrie Lee Adams Memorial Fund.
